PIElectronics started in 1992 when I agreed a licence agreement with Black & Decker that was going to make me £3.75 million per year, with the £15,000 non-returnable up front payment in my bank!!
I retired from my self employed sub-contractor business and employed Colin Smith, a retired electronics engineer who had lots of interesting ideas that he had never developed mainly because he did not have the ability to test or prototype
We got together and investigated and I prototyped many devices and products. (RIP Colin)
